I figured this out after trying to figure out where the lightning came from.

I hit some kind of stone wall.
Since I could not suppress my shout, I let it out.
Instead of the supposed red sky I thought there would be.
It was a stone wall?
Going to punch it, I almost hit it.
But alas, the gravity finally got to me and I began to fall back down.
When I reached the floor, I restored my original body weight while pondering something.
How to break the wall?
Thus that brings us back to where we are now.
