Chapter 67: Raid Begins Soon

Waking up, I checked the time.

Ah crap.

Today's the raid.

Hurriedly, I packed my things and instantly teleported back to the academy.

Ikari was for some reason in my dorm though so when I teleported in, it surprised him.

"When'd you get here?"

He curiously asked.

Squinting his eyes at me, he looked me up and down carefully.

"Oh really?"

Gulping down my saliva, I frantically nodded.

Retracting his gaze, he just sighed.

"Ok ok, I'll just be going along then."

Breathing a sigh of relief, I watched as he walked away.

I quietly whispered in his direction.

Something's definitely up.

I've been with him long enough to know how he acts.

Right now, he's probably hiding something incredibly important or something extremely dangerous.

Can't really explain...

Well I guess It's time to report to father again.

Taking out a strange device from his clothing, he shakes it a couple of times before placing it next to his ear.

Waiting for a reply, thoughts kept streaming through his mind.

What could he possibly be hiding?

Right!

It's time to get to work!

Taking out stacks and stacks of Enhood, I stack them on one side of the floor.

Sitting in the middle, I activate my magic.

Ice Magic!!!

Forming ice in my left hand, I molded a shape of a carving knife in the other.

Combining them together, they made some kind of frozen carving knife.

Holding it tightly, I began sharpening every single piece of Enhood I placed in the pile.

Carve...

It's almost time now.

Now to add them to the pile.

Opening Fantesasia, I took out all the sharpened Enhood's I've been making.

Right before I slept, I always sharpened at least 10 pieces so now I've got about 200 sharpened Enhood.

Looks like your standard wooden spike and it is.

What I'm about to do to it is the reason why I made this.

Right now it's only this.

Using my leveled skill inside Split, I combined the spike's together.
