They thought he was good but not worth giving him help.

"What's this benefactor thing?" I asked the God Of The Arena.
He laughed and told me about it.
"The gods will give you power and items but you must follow their will and when they give you a task, you cannot refuse. If you do, the heavens will smite you down."
"It seems no one want's to take you, it could be called good luck or bad luck."

The God Of The Arena was startled and looked to where the voice was coming from.
Everywhere around the voice, they all started looking at the person who said it.
